For software upgrades, vendor specific softwarre or an existing system, RSV Solutions will develop a project plan based off the business analysis. The project plan will encompass the scope of the project, project timelines, the required project tasks, customizations of software, legacy data conversion and resource allocation.  The project plan will be give to the requestor for project approval. Once approved a copy is provided to the members of the technical and functional teams. 

RSV Solutions will then develop a functional specification outlining all business requirements in preperation for developing the technical specification.  Our goal is to create documentation for the requestor so that in an event that the business no longer able to fund the project there will be a base foundation for when the project starts up again.
